Where are your stores located?

We have multiple store locations across Dubai and the UK, including Southend-on-Sea and Basildon. Our Main UK Southend store is located at 158 High Street, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 1JX.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer standard delivery with the following rates:

  • Orders up to £50: £4.99
  • Orders £50 and over: FREE

We also provide a free click-and-collect service from our store in Southend-on-Sea. Simply select 'store pick up' at checkout.

How does Click & Collect work?

Select 'store pick up' at checkout, and your order will be ready for collection within 24 immediately from our Southend-on-Sea store. You can find us at 158 High Street, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 1JX.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes, we offer next-day delivery on selected items. Orders must be placed before 3 PM to qualify for next-day delivery. Please check the product page for availability and terms.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 10-day return policy.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange an item by returning it first and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days on your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed without a refund, please contact us at asiapalacemobiles@gmail.com.
